I am an illustrator, cartoonist and painter. I have always been a fan of illustrated books, no matter the age of the reader. Pictures played a huge part in making books accessible to me as a child and I am a great believer in the power of images to bring a book to life. I illustrate my own books whenever I get the chance. But I have also been very lucky with the illustrators I’ve worked with as a writer. David Roberts work on the Tales of Terror books contributed massively to their success.
